About The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead cross‑functional teams to define strategy, discover opportunities, and deliver digital products that solve real customer problems and drive business outcomes. You’ll own the end‑to‑end lifecycle—from research and requirements to launch and iteration—steering vision, prioritizing roadmaps, and making data‑informed decisions. This is a remote role with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading product‑related decisions and stakeholder alignment.
• Conduct market, business, and user research to translate insights into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Define product vision and KPIs; manage backlogs, prioritize features, and make trade‑offs.
• Facilitate discovery, requirements workshops, and cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Delivery.
• Lead agile ceremonies with globally distributed teams; manage risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Oversee launches and drive iterative improvements based on metrics and user feedback.
• Mentor associate and mid‑level PMs; contribute to process and methodology improvements.
• Evangelize strong product culture emphasizing customer‑centricity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
