What Are We Looking for?

A Head of Operations / General Manager to help in leading one of our biggest and most beautiful Dreamer locations - Dreamer Beach Club (San Andres). This person will have a direct line to the Dreamer ownership and will have a big opportunity to shape the operations of the company as well as room for professional growth. This person will have a unique entrepreneurial spirit as well as in-depth understanding of all aspects of hotel operations. We are looking for someone who will take pride in their property and strive for continuous improvement.

Key Skills and Attributes

• The ability to supervise and lead the daily operations of the hotel departments : reception, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Highly effective communication skills - with guests, staff, and other company leaders
• Teamwork and Collaboration - skilled at motivating their team, delegating tasks, providing guidance, promoting teamwork and handle conflicts effectively
• Highly organized with the ability to delegate appropriately and multitask effectively.
• Strong operational skills to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel while handling unexpected situations calmly
• Decisive and skilled at problem-solving. The ability to analyze situations, weigh options, and make sound decisions, sometimes under pressure
