Responsibilities
: Financial Planning & Forecasting - Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes. - Partner with business leaders to build accurate forecasts and identify risks and opportunities. - Drive scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decisions. Business Partnering - Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance, performance insights, and resource allocation recommendations. - Develop a deep understanding of business drivers to support strategic initiatives. - Present financial performance and forecasts to senior leadership in a clear and actionable way. Reporting & Analysis - Own monthly / quarterly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and KPIs. - Deliver insights that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance. - Enhance existing reporting processes through automation and scalable tools. Strategic Projects - Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of FP&A; systems and tools - Build and maintain financial models to support business cases, pricing, and investments. - Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and efficiency within FP&A; and across Finance.
Requirements
: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred) - 5+ years of FP&A; or corporate finance experience, ideally with exposure to both operating and strategic finance; Experience working for a Big 6 accounting firm (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG, BDO, or Grant Thornton) is a plus - Colombian Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license - Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. - Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence business decisions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Advanced experience with ERP / BI systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets - Fluent in English and experience in working with US-based teams Tipo de puesto : Jornada completa
