Job Description

An Engineering Manager is a key driver of innovation and transformation, leading the delivery of complex, high-impact projects that support some of the most dynamic industries and markets around the world. Responsibilities

• Leading a cross functional team of Python, Frontend, Backend / API, and Quality Assurance engineers to successfully deliver on product objectives and milestones.
• Actively contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from ideation and planning through development, testing, customer feedback, and iterative improvements.
• Drive continuous enhancements across the entire technology stack, ensuring scalability, performance, and quality.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists to effectively expose and deliver data through the web application.
• Design, build, and maintain the backend technology stack, including Python, Airflow, PostgreSQL, and Kafka.
• Provide architectural and design leadership, manage technical debt, and foster collaboration and engagement within the product team.
• Partner with other Engineering Managers on cross-team initiatives such as continuous deployment, testing and monitoring improvements, and frontend user logging.
