Position

Be part of our client's team as a Partnerships Analyst, where you'll drive real estate deal flow by identifying opportunities, managing core sales operations, and supporting cross-functional projects.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in management, business, finance, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' work experience in professional services or a similar function
  • Strong foundational knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with basic Excel proficiency, including simple modeling and financial performance evaluation
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for developing expertise in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills with clarity of thought in both written and verbal form; concise, composed, and clear speaker
  • Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively
  • Proactive ownership and problem‑solving skills with the ability to independently complete tasks from start to finish
  • Excellent qualitative analysis skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and systems
  • Ability to deliver results quickly, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively

  • How You’ll Contribute

    Core Sales Operations

  • Leverage real estate databases and public websites to identify and present potential buildings for the REPP sales team
  • Develop outreach strategies for prioritized assets and identify appropriate building owners using public websites (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Manage outreach projects to support Sales team members with organization and deadlines
  • Manage the CRM tool (HubSpot) for the Sales team members you support
  • Serve as liaison between Sales and Feasibility teams to ensure accurate and timely deal data flow
  • Strategic Projects

  • Assist with structuring and executing discrete projects to drive deal volume and improve internal processes, including underwriting, property performance comparisons, and research of priority markets and buildings
  • Plan and prioritize projects quarterly and measure project success at campaign completion
  • Marketing & Branding

  • Partner with the Sales team to create high‑quality decks detailing underwriting and perspectives on deals
  • Research, structure, and assist with creating external‑facing sales collateral in PowerPoint to support sales goals
  • Build a strong understanding of company strategy and internal operations to produce effective external‑facing materials
  • Other Duties
