Due to this ongoing success, Finance in Motion is seeking aManager / Senior Manager Corporate Finance (m / f / d)Key Responsibilities : - Leading the development of corporate direct investment strategies for EBF and LAGREEN in Latin America.- The Manager / Senior Manager will report regionally to the Regional Head for Latin America and the Caribbean and functionally to the global Director of Corporate Direct Investments, and will be in charge of : - Designing and performing market and sector analyses focused on defining and sizing the corporate direct investment market for funds managed by Finance in Motion in Latin America – the eco.business Fund and LAGREEN- Identifying potential / high value potential investees and transactions in EBF’s and LAGREEN’s target markets- Lead the corporate direct investment team in the region to achieve EBF’s and LAGREEN's targets. - Overseeing corporate finance transactions in Latin America, working closely with the global corporate finance structuring team, regional origination teams, internal Finance in Motion teams (Risk, Compliance, Legal etc.), third party advisors, lead arrangers and transaction advisors, and prospective investee companies- Leading origination of and pipeline development of new corporate finance opportunities as per the corporate finance strategy, and in line with Fund Mandates and regional strategies- Development of market partnerships and other initiatives aligned with defined corporate direct investment strategies- New product development and transaction structuring innovations, informed by origination efforts and market partnerships, in coordination with other Finance in Motion teams internal teams - Overseeing monitoring of the corporate finance portfolio in Latin America - Contributing to development of portfolio risk modelling and exposure management frameworks for corporate direct investments, in coordination with other internal departments e.g. Risk Management- Manage performance and progress of the junior staff- Leading targeted policy dialogue with relevant stakeholders in the region- Representing and positioning FiM, including participation in conferences, workshops, etc.What we expect : - Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Development Finance, or a related field- Significant relevant professional experience assessing risks of financial institutions- Willing to travel to the countries of operations as necessary- Ability to interact at different corporate levels and with external parties and stakeholders with confidence and clarity- Ability to organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines, and oversight projects- Staff management experience with an open and inclusive leadership style Pro-active, creative, self-motivating attitude- Demonstrable commitment to Finance in Motion´s vision / missionWhat you can expect : - An agile, widely diverse international working environment with over 60 nationalities that is keenly interested in making a positive difference through their work and who share a collaborative, can-do spirit- A job that allows you to fully utilize and expand your skills within an innovative, hands-on company culture- A purpose-driven, performance-oriented company that rewards above-average results- An organization dedicated to providing effective training and upskilling to its employeesWe are 300 plus employees working from our 16 offices worldwide are dedicated to promoting sustainable development through market-based finance solutions.
