Responsibilities
- Utilize the case management tool to track hiring manager requests to completion.
- Execute onboarding processes and background checks, and work with external vendors to ensure candidate processes comply with Mondelez internal policies.
- Follow up with candidates to provide supporting documentation and signed contract documentation required for hiring.
- Maintain constant communication with vendors on the progress of background checks and escalate cases to leadership as necessary.
- Coordinate onboarding instructions with new employees and managers, monitor background check and related activities with vendors, and ensure processes are completed.
- Coordinate pre-first day activities with Hiring Manager and communicate first day logistics to new employees.
- Monitor Workday for completion of background checks and pre-first day activities; ensure data integrity of new employee records.
- Provide guidance and track the accuracy of new hire information in the Workday system.
- Support ticketing and equipment requests (e.g., laptops) for new employees and the contractor-to-employee conversion process.
