Position
Outcomes Lead & Project Manager based in Bogotá, Colombia, who will work with the affiliate’s Enabling Team to provide strategic guidance. You will also drive business effectiveness and catalyze innovation to deliver our Pharma Vision by embedding new skills and innovation frameworks to support team effectiveness and performance. You will develop the overarching operations framework, measure organizational effectiveness and foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Opportunity
- Drive the realization of our organization’s vision and defined outcomes of the Colombia Enabling Team (CET) while ensuring operational effectiveness of the leadership team
- Partner with General Manager and Chapter Leads to enable the achievement of Colombia Outcomes
- Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure relevant KPIs have been established that provide added value to business partners, and provide project management support to track progress and delivery of outcomes
- Plan and track Colombia short‑term and long‑term ambitions, priorities and outcomes
- Partner with other Pharma International Functions to foster agility and augment end‑to‑end value delivery to the business
- Coach teams for high performance, train and educate on new skills and practices, participate in key strategic dialogue workshops and contribute to a learning organization
- Coach teams in finding their own journey to self‑organisation and self‑sufficiency and in adopting new ways of working, new business principles (e.g., outcome‑driven planning, customer centricity, new organizational settings and ways of interacting with external partners)
- Leverage a range of tools and practices to enable sustainable change of mindsets and behaviours as required by best practice and be a champion of connecting dots, activating the learning loop across the organization
- Work in a self‑managed, fully empowered team to shape what and how you deliver for the organization and your (internal) customers
- Along with other chapters, shape the organisational culture that enables our ways of working and business delivery
Who You Are
