Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Drayage Logistics Coordinator to support our billing and operations teams. The ideal candidate will manage delivery orders, update shipment statuses, and ensure seamless coordination across internal systems and teams. This role is ideal for someone with experience in intermodal logistics and drayage operations, comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up final delivery charges in the company portal.
• Create and manage new delivery orders received from clients.
• Update delivery order statuses in spreadsheets or internal systems.
• Track containers using port websites, TMS systems, and chassis pool platforms.
• Support coordination between the dispatch and operations teams.
• Ensure accuracy in shipment records and timely communication.
• Monitor key drayage logistics aspects such as terminal appointments, LFDs, demurrage, and freight holds.
