Overview
Drive the application of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to generate actionable business insights across markets and functions. Lead the development of predictive and prescriptive models that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Act as a strategic enabler between data science capabilities and business stakeholders, ensuring that AI-driven solutions are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Driven Analytics & Business Insights
- Design and implement machine learning models for forecasting, segmentation, anomaly detection, and optimization.
- Translate business challenges into analytical frameworks and AI solutions.
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and tools that integrate AI outputs with business KPIs.
- Ensure explainability and usability of AI models for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure access to clean, structured, and relevant data for modeling.
- Integrate internal and external data sources to enrich analytical capabilities.
- Promote data governance and ethical AI practices in model development and deployment.
Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
Partner with commercial, operations, finance, and digital teams to identify opportunities for AI application.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to increase data literacy and adoption of AI tools.Communicate insights and model results effectively to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies.Evaluate and improve model performance, automation, and scalability.Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation within the analytics team.Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field2+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, or Business AnalyticsProficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow)Experience with Power BI and data storytellingFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)Knowledge & Soft Skills :
Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and statistical modelingAbility to distill complex data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to diverse stakeholdersStrong data storytelling skills, with a clear focus on connecting analytics to businessimpactComfortable communicating technical concepts in simple, business-relevant termsStrategic thinker and collaborative mindset, capable of working with both technical and commercial teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyAttention to detail, accuracy, and rigor in analysisExperience implementing analytics projects or processesPeople management experience is a plusFluent in English; Spanish and / or Portuguese is a plusPassionate about leveraging AI to drive business impactCulture & DEI
