Corporate Lawyer - Fully Remote | Upto $150 / hr Remote

Role Overview

  • Position : Lawyer – Contract, Remote
  • Commitment : 10–20 hours per week
  • Duration : 2–3 weeks
  • Mission : Support new Argentina dataset projects by compiling legal and financial documents for AI system testing and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents based on project guidelines.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all compiled materials.
  • Follow structured documentation processes to meet defined quality standards.
  • Verify sources and ensure all data is obtained from public, verifiable platforms.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and meet all deadlines.

    • Requirements / Qualifications

    Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of active practicing experience in your domain in your geography
  • Prior experience in litigation or in corporate / transactional work
  • Familiarity with Argentinian legal and regulatory document sources
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on short timelines

  • Part-time, project-based work
  • Duration : 2–3 weeks
  • Expected engagement : 10–20 hours per week
  • 100% remote and asynchronous—work from anywhere, on your own schedule
  • Contractor role via Mercor
