What You Can Expect
As a U.S. Indirect Tax Analyst , you will be responsible for overseeing the sales, use, and property tax functions for all applicable domestic entities. This role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage audits, compliance, and tax process improvements in a dynamic corporate environment.

How You'll Create Impact
Manage Sales & Use and Property Tax audits; coordinate with internal teams and state authorities.Oversee third-party sales / use tax filing providers; review returns and resolve issues.Perform reverse use tax audits and manage use tax accruals across domestic companies.Maintain product taxability data and respond to tax inquiries from internal and external customers.Administer property tax compliance, including preparing returns, tracking assessments, and managing accruals and reserves.Support state and local tax planning and integration projects as needed.This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all of the essential functions for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Qualifications
English proficiency (B2 or higher) requiredUndergraduate degree in Accounting or Business required3+ years of experience in US Sales & Use Tax in a corporate or governmental environmentProficiency in indirect taxes (sales, use, property, business licenses).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle large datasets.Preferred : experience with Vertex tax software.Other Required Considerations
