We are seeking a candidate to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion as a Business & Data Analysis Lead to manage requirements sessions with cross-functional teams in Marketing and Engineering, define analytics needs, and identify data gaps. This role bridges business and technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality data and analytics solutions.

Project scope includes GenAI and LLM-based solutions with potential involvement in aviation and other domains.

Location and schedule : remote (LATAM-based) with office options; 100% remote possible for LATAM residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements sessions with Marketing and Engineering to define analytics needs and data gaps.
• Document business and data requirements, logical models, and source-to-target mappings.
• Conduct gap analysis between current Databricks implementation and target architecture.
• Validate and document existing profile scripts using SQL skills.
• Develop and maintain documentation (BRDs, data flow diagrams, ERDs, gap analysis workbooks).
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear language for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with delivery teams following structured methodologies (waterfall or hybrid).
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.

Our client is a leading airline in Latin America, offering the broadest network of destinations and aircraft. The project emphasizes GenAI and LLM-based solutions for operational safety and predictive capabilities. Responsibilities cover designing, developing, and deploying ML / AI-based solutions in production environments and collaborating with DevOps / SRE teams.

Machine Learning Engineer (Related Roles)

The description also includes additional ML Engineer roles with responsibilities such as designing ML models for aviation, building data pipelines, deploying ML systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
