Become a maker! We are looking for our next Senior / Principal Project Manager to help one of our clients. Sitting at the intersection of Product and all cross-functional groups in a SaaS organization — including Engineering, GTM, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations. Acting as the central point of coordination, you’ll facilitate decision-making, guide stakeholders through change, and ensure every initiative delivers tangible business outcomes on time, within budget, and to scope.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Alignment & Planning
• Ensure each initiative directly supports Sovos’ strategic priorities with defined KPIs.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Operations to define scope, measures, and RACI.
• Develop and maintain project charters, roadmaps, and deliverables.
• Execution & Delivery
• Drive progress by tracking milestones, dependencies, and KPIs; make proactive adjustments when needed.
• Lead recurring status reviews to maintain alignment and transparency.
• Serve as first point of escalation for delivery risks, blockers, and cross-team conflicts.
• Facilitate timely decision-making to maintain momentum.
• Change Management & Communication
• Manage scope and priority changes, clearly communicating impacts and trade-offs.
• Support organizational readiness for transformation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure transparency and traceability.
• Risk & Issue Management
• Identify risks early, assess impact, and create mitigation plans.
• Anticipate SaaS-specific risks such as platform dependencies, migrations, compliance deadlines, or enablement readiness.
• Escalate critical risks with clear decision options.
