As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to play an integral part in handling recruiting activities and building candidate relationships while leading innovative recruitment strategies in order to contribute to the scale up of a fast growing business with endless possibilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment process, from identifying top talent to making hiring decisions
• Researching and developing diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conducting video, phone and in person interviews
• Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
• Handling complex recruiting and scheduling processes with Hiring Managers and candidates
• Working closely with the marketing team to creatively market our brand in Colombia through events, presentations and social media.
