Overview

The Role : Co-Founder & Head of Artificial Intelligence

As a Co-Founder and Head of Artificial Intelligence, you will be the architect of GolferAI’s AI and data-driven innovation. You will lead the AI strategy, oversee machine learning model development, cloud infrastructure, AI-driven personalization, and the hiring and development of a world-class AI and engineering team. You will work closely with the CEO to integrate AI capabilities that enhance engagement, drive monetization, and deliver unique user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement GolferAI’s AI strategy, focusing on personalization, predictive analytics, and recommendation engines.
• Design and train LLMs for dynamic golfer engagement and conversational AI.
• Establish MLOps best practices to streamline model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Lead AI model development for hyper-personalization, content recommendations, and behavioral segmentation.
• Optimize AI-powered monetization, including dynamic ad placement, email ad tech, and sponsored content targeting.
• Ensure responsible AI governance and ethical AI model usage.
• Ensure AI models are production-ready, scalable, and seamlessly integrated into the backend architecture.
• Implement API-based AI solutions to connect with golf course management software and other industry platforms.
• Optimize AI model performance for scalability, cost efficiency, and security.
• Build and lead a world-class AI and engineering team, including ML engineers, data scientists, and software engineers.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance within the tech team.
