About The Team / role

Being a DK Senior Analyst for the new Dark Kitchen vertical at DiDi Food will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest-growing companies in LATAM. You will be involved in the definition and execution of the commercial strategy for Colombia. This data-driven role calls for a rare combination of consumer-inspired analytical thinking, execution excellence, and interpersonal ability. You will work in a tight-knit team, where you will have a clear impact on the launch, development, and growth of the DiDi Dark Kitchen business in LATAM. In this role, you'll be...

We are looking for a passionate and driven person to learn about brand creation and management in the online restaurant delivery world. You will help with the day-to-day affairs of relevant brands and execute key actions for their operation. You'll be working hand in hand with project leads, different areas of the company, and the clients themselves.

In this role, you will be taking part in the execution of the commercial team's plan, leveraging our internal and external communication channels. You will be responsible for our weekly promotions and campaigns with a strong focus on the quality of our partners. This includes executing commercial plan campaigns and working closely with supporting areas like marketing and legal.

Also you will be in charge of brand creation and the deployment of expansion for our key partners across the country. You will be looking for long-term profitable negotiations and generating growth strategies to hit the annual order targets for the Dark Kitchens Vertical. Leading your accounts portfolio, you must handle multiple tasks and follow up on a daily basis, assessing business opportunities to generate new brands.

We need a self-motivated, proactive person with a "can-do" attitude, high proficiency in both Spanish and English, excellent organization and time management skills, and either experience or a desire to learn how to use data-based decision-making. You must also be able to adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate across a diverse team.
