Base pay range

CA$30,000.00 / yr - CA$48,000.00 / yr

What Will You Do?

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all digital marketing projects
Serve as the central point of contact for project status, ensuring that all team members meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
Oversee workflows, resource allocation, and team performance, ensuring we deliver top-tier results for clients while scaling smoothly
Analyze SEO performance metrics using SEO and Analytics tools
Monitor key operational metrics (e.g., project completion rates, client satisfaction) and report insights to leadership
Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring smooth project execution and a high-performing team environment

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in project management or operations, ideally in a digital marketing agency environment

Can articulate well and speak English professionally

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

Exceptional understanding of SEO principles, both on-page and off-page

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and ability to lead and motivate teams

Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello) and basic budgeting

Work timings

9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday). Fully remote
