Overview

What You'll Do

  • Customer Service (Chats, email, and calls).
  • Comply with all established internal protocols.
  • Validate and apply courtesies / retentions.
  • Review and / or report sports betting / casino activity.
  • Report accounts with suspicious activity.
  • Report interactions for reassignment to other areas / teams.
  • Telegram (VIP channel).
  • Mentoring new team members.
