About the job

As Head of Supply Chain for Opella Healthcare Colombia, you will lead the full end-to-end supply chain function, playing a critical role in ensuring product availability, operational agility, and strategic alignment with commercial growth priorities.

You will be a key member of the Country Leadership Team, acting as a business partner—not just a functional expert. This role requires a bold, visionary leader capable of transforming supply chain into a competitive advantage while role modeling strong leadership, ownership, and team empowerment.

Main responsibilities

• Lead and transform the full E2E Supply Chain : demand and supply planning, distribution, logistics, and customer service, ensuring excellence in service level, cost, and compliance.
• Drive leadership across the function : Inspire, develop, and challenge a diverse team, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and collaboration.
• Be a strategic partner to the business : Work closely with the Country GM, Commercial, Finance, and Global Supply Chain to align supply capabilities with growth ambitions.
• Enable simplification and agility : Lead continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Own crisis management and resilience building : Anticipate and proactively manage risks to guarantee uninterrupted product supply in a highly regulated and dynamic market.
• Champion a culture of collaboration and ownership across functions and with global stakeholders.
