Program and Opportunities

Citi is looking for a 2-year full-time Analyst to join the Markets business in Latin America. Areas of opportunity within the program include :

Trading
Balance Sheet Management
Corporate & Government Markets Product Offering
Equities
Financial Institution Markets Product Offering

All Markets Analysts will attend a training program, including entry-level orientation and classroom training taught by skilled external consultants, along with selected professionals with industry / product expertise. Training covers the fundamental aspects needed for the Markets Analyst role. Depending on regulatory requirements in your country, you may rotate across different areas to develop a broader knowledge base and network. Placement occurs when you are matched with an appropriate role upon completion of the program.

Responsibilities and Growth

You may start in one area (e.g., Sales or Trading) and have the opportunity to switch to other areas as you grow within the firm. The goal is to place you in a role that best matches your skills and interests with the firm’s needs.

Education and Qualifications

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (graduating by March 2026), or are a recent graduate within the last two years.

You are creative in solving problems and intellectually curious.

You are detail-oriented, hard-working and diligent.

You are enthusiastic, quick-thinking and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

You are confident and comfortable with clients and articulate in oral and written communication.

You are focused on achieving group and client objectives.

You are fluent in English and Spanish.

You have a sincere interest in the Latin America market.

Start date in 2026.
