Overview
Manager, Sponsor & Exhibition Experiences - US role at Nteractive. This is a delivery-focused, client-facing position focused on building sponsor relationships, executing premium sponsorship packages, and delivering seamless sponsor and exhibitor experiences across events and mediums.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional sponsor (and exhibitor) experiences across events and mediums; directly manage sponsors / exhibitors and collaborate with the client, vendors, and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery and ongoing sponsor engagement.
- Develop strategic sponsor accounts to achieve long-term, high-value relationships; partner with sales, clients, and sponsors to align objectives and business needs.
- Contribute to revenue targets by delivering world-class sponsorship experiences and end-to-end sponsor participation in events.
- Guide sponsors and exhibitors through their participation (booths, digital elements, content, sessions, graphics, registration, etc.) and coordinate with client workstreams to execute the package.
Key Responsibilities
Be the voice of the sponsor, influencing teams and vendors to think sponsor-first and enhance sponsor and attendee experiences.Directly manage sponsors to successfully execute sponsorship packages and engagement opportunities (including MPOs).Collaborate with client workstreams to identify timelines and execute package components and marketing opportunities (MPOS).Develop and implement processes for delivering sponsorship packages and MPOs; manage sponsor readiness materials, content guidance, policies, tech specs, key dates, approvals, etc.Assist in financial management of sponsorship inclusions and MPOs with vendors and client teams (tracking, forecasting, reporting, risk mitigation).Develop strategic sponsor relationships at senior levels to identify cross-sell / upsell opportunities with sales, driving revenue growth and retention.Drive continuous improvement of sponsor relationships and opportunities; contribute to project teams with knowledge transfer and adherence to Nteractive values.What You Will Bring
Experience or working knowledge in sponsorship / exhibition execution; strong project management skills and budget discipline.Proven ability to deliver sponsorship / exhibition packages; ability to work at pace across multiple events and projects.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity.Experience with Microsoft ecosystem desirable; strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-service skills.Ability to work collaboratively, be highly organized, and maintain attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of building relationships with sponsors and exhibitors.Willingness to travel internationally as needed.Why You’ll Love Working Here

Base pay range : $85,000 - $100,000 per year. Compensation determined by location, skills, education, and experience.
