The Role : Customer Success Manager (CSM)
This is not a passive “account management” job.
As a CSM at ON THE FUZE, you will be owning client relationships, tackling hard conversations, and making sure our clients see massive value in what we deliver.
We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who is ready to make an IMPACT .
What You’ll Do
Build deep relationships with clients and ensure they stay happy, engaged, and retained.
Lead proactive check-ins , uncover risks early, and create strategies to keep clients on track.
Be the front line when things get uncomfortable —listening with empathy, addressing concerns, and building trust.
Report on client health, NPS, retention, and churn— because numbers matter.
Help clients unlock more value from HubSpot and our services.
