Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst – Conduent, Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia

Responsibilities

• Assists in assuring compliance in the company’s operations and provides guidance or oversight to others related to specific areas of expertise.
• Implements compliance programs in one or more complex area and remains knowledgeable of related regulatory changes and related policies and procedures. Recommends changes to company policy and / or procedures based on changes in law, industry information and or Company business.
• Performs timely review of documentation in assigned areas for compliance with rules, regulations and procedures. Develops or updates documentation as appropriate.
• Tracks, maintains and provides reporting on compliance activities and uses data to identify areas of risk or trends that require follow-up or investigation. Maintains corporate records in assigned areas as needed.
• Evaluates data or documentation against regulatory requirements, internal compliance requirements and business requirements and follows up as appropriate to ensure compliance.
• Monitors and improves related tracking / control systems.
• Works with designated business contacts to ensure their understanding of applicable requirements and the implementation of required documentation, policies, procedures, and training programs at the business unit level as appropriate to ensure compliance.
• Assists with internal and external compliance reviews and the documentation of and follow up on agreed upon corrective actions. May assist with corrective action implementation.
