Descripción del trabajoFluent in Spanish (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and verbal. As well as good proficiency in English (at least B2). Must have experience from FX Brokers. 3-5 years of experience in a senior business development, partnerships, or management role (e.g., Head of Sales, Business Development Manager, Regional or Country Manager). Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to guide and motivate teams. Excellent analytical, organizational, and strategic planning abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate regular meetings with partnership or business development teams to assess performance, address challenges, and plan strategic initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other departments to align partnership strategies with broader organizational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to contractual agreements and regulatory requirements relevant to partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and implement training programs to strengthen team capabilities and support professional development.
