We are looking for top-notch talent for the Senior Operations Manager role.
Position
The Senior Operations Manager is the main point of contact for high-demand accounts within the delivery division. This role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing escalations, supervising key operational processes, and driving continuous improvement. The position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to build positive client relationships, support internal teams, and align operations with divisional goals. Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for strategic and high-demand accounts.
- Managing and resolving operational escalations, ensuring effective issue resolution.
- Overseeing client-related processes such as hiring, payroll, leave requests, and billing.
- Monitoring and analyzing KPIs, productivity reports, and performance trends.
- Supporting training programs for Operations Managers and internal teams.
- Participating in client check-ins, QBRs, visits, and other account-related meetings.
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Implementing Management By Walking Around (MBWA) to strengthen engagement and detect areas for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with company processes, confidentiality, and operational standards.
- Supporting initiatives related to quality, health & safety, and information security policies.
Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, Management, or related fields.3–4+ years of experience in operational leadership roles.Advanced English (mandatory).Strong knowledge of :Excel (intermediate to advanced).Lean Six Sigma (minimum Yellow Belt).Office tools (Microsoft 365, Google Suite).HubSpot, LSG Operational Portal, and billing applications.Proven ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.High competitive salary.Growth opportunities.Accessible offices (central location).Seniority level
