Join our team as a Senior Azure Solution Architect to lead datacenter migration strategies from on-premises infrastructure to Azure, integrating technologies like ExpressRoute, VMware, and F5 load balancers.

Responsibilities
- Lead the migration strategy using Azure Migrate tools
- Define and implement connectivity solutions, including ExpressRoute for datacenter integration
- Create secure, scalable infrastructure patterns incorporating VMware, load balancers, firewalls, storage, and SQL on Azure
- Ensure effective collaboration with network, security, database, and operations teams for seamless workload mobility
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams while ensuring best practices and regulatory compliance
- Diagnose complex technical challenges and adjust architectural designs throughout the project
- Deliver clear stakeholder communication with updates, recommendations, and risk assessments
Requirements
12+ years of experience with datacenter-to-cloud migrations leveraging Azure MigrateExpertise in ExpressRoute, Azure Migrate, and related networking, security, and infrastructure toolsUnderstanding of multi-region architectures, including failover and secondary region designsLeadership and interpersonal competencies to guide teams and engage various stakeholdersAzure certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect ExpertVMware certifications or relevant experience preferredProblem-solving ability and flexibility to adapt to evolving project demandsProficiency in communication with a minimum English level of B2We offer
