Overview

Trading Operations Analyst at Zoe Financial. Location : Bogota, Colombia (5 days at the WeWork Carrera 19 office). Reports to : VP of Investment Solutions. Level : Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and reconcile daily trading activities across multiple platforms to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve trade discrepancies and settlement issues promptly.
  • Maintain and improve operational workflows related to trade execution and post-trade processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of tools to enhance trading efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to trading operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in trading operations or a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and financial instruments.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with trading platforms and reconciliation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ year of experience in working in an in-house start-up environment; tech start-up experience preferred.
