Purpose

Responsible for being the “single point of contact” (SPOC) for interactions between requesters, business partners, sourcing specialists, category leaders, accounts payable specialists and HelpDesk, ensuring a positive and compliant end-user experience. This role also includes A / P operations compliance support and execution of various regional / local tax compliance and operational requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as the Payment and Experience Associate (Specialist) to create a seamless experience for the requestor / business partner when using the P2P process by coordinating processes / interactions with stakeholders and support areas.
• Receive, analyze, and resolve procurement process inquiries and disputes.
• Monitor compliance, conduct business review meetings, and perform data analysis to provide insights and create action plans to contribute to KPIs and improve service.
• Lead continuous improvement by mapping and driving local, regional, or global initiatives and projects to ensure customer experience remains central; support automation, data analysis, reporting, and efficiencies.
