We are seeking a Senior Team Lead to build and lead our Business Automation hub in Colombia. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for scaling automation capabilities across the organization and shaping the future of how we automate processes globally. You will lead a growing team of automation engineers, RPA developers, and solution architects, collaborating with senior stakeholders across business units, IT, and operations to deliver transformative, data-driven automation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing business automation team in Colombia.
• Own the automation roadmap for global process transformation initiatives, aligning with strategic business goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between local teams and global automation leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact automation opportunities across departments (Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Support, etc.).
• Drive end-to-end project delivery using a structured framework (discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring).
• Guide architectural decisions across platforms such as Salesforce, UI-Path, Power Automate, and Python-based automation tools.
• Establish and enforce standards around development, security, documentation, testing, and governance.
• Mentor team members and cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Track and report on KPIs, business value, and ROI of automation initiatives.
