Your Mission

As QA Lead, you will be the first dedicated QA owner at Nuitée. This role is perfect for someone who thrives as a hands-on individual contributor (IC) and wants to lay the foundations for a best-in-class QA culture. You’ll define the strategy, build automation, and ensure the reliability of our core platform.

Responsibilities

• Be the first dedicated QA owner at Nuitée, defining the QA strategy for the product and engineering org.
• Build and evolve test automation, release verification, and quality practices to ensure reliability of the core platform.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define quality gates, test coverage, and delivery timelines.
