About the Role
As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, optimizing, and supporting the implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure the platform maximizes value across IT operations management (ITOM), application integration management (AIM), and customer-facing portals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow architectures across ITOM, AIM (Identity Management), and automation domains.
- Lead the integration of AI capabilities into ServiceNow workflows to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Architect and oversee the development of external-facing customer portals, ensuring secure and seamless access.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and business leaders to align ServiceNow solutions with strategic objectives.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance models.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and junior architects.
- Evaluate and recommend new ServiceNow modules, plugins, and third-party integrations.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security in line with enterprise requirements.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and industry trends to continuously improve platform capabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, including hands-on implementation of ITOM, AIM, and automation solutions.Proven experience designing and deploying external customer portals with secure access controls.Strong understanding of AI implementation within ITSM / ITOM environments.Experience with identity and access management (IAM) frameworks and integrations.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills
