Overview

IPG Mediabrands is looking for a passionate and strategic Manager BAE to join our Predictive Analytics team in Bogotá. If you love working with data and turning insights into impactful business decisions, this opportunity is for you!

You’ll play a key role in our Business Analytics Engine, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven media planning and optimization. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Developing and presenting analytical models (media mix modeling, multi-channel attribution, budget optimization).
  • Translating complex insights into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Participating in strategic brainstorming with planners, creatives, clients, and agency partners.
  • Leading advanced analytics studies to maximize media ROI.

What we’re looking for

  • Degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics roles, preferably with Marketing Mix Modeling.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, R or Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or QlikView.
  • Familiarity with data sources such as Nielsen, Kantar, IBOPE, and media metrics.
