Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, customer-focused Director of Industry Product Management to lead the development of differentiated ERP capabilities for the professional services industry. This senior individual contributor role thrives on the dynamics of the professional services space, cross-functional influence, and product innovation.

You will work closely with horizontal product managers (e.g., Financials, HR, Procurement, Projects) to ensure our platform delivers end-to-end support for the evolving needs of mid-market professional services firms.

You will research, drive requirements, oversee design and drive launch for industry-specific solutions. You will bring new products to market to drive cross-sell into the existing customer base and champion the development of new capabilities that increase win rate and customer satisfaction with our core offerings. You will drive thought leadership in the next generation of automation solutions for the professional services space to help our clients compete and win.

Responsibilities

• Industry Strategy & Roadmap Alignment

Define and maintain a comprehensive industry roadmap for professional services, aligned with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Act as the industry voice in product planning conversations with horizontal product teams.

Engage directly with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather insights and validate product direction.

Contribute to discovery, validation, and launch activities in collaboration with UX, engineering, and operations teams.
