We are seeking a professional who is passionate about finance and the advertising industry. As a Regional Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations and month-end close deliverables, working closely with the Client Finance Analyst. In this role, you will also collaborate with the Regional Finance team, Shared Services, and the Controller’s group to ensure accurate reporting, timely billing, and compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage monthly intercompany billing processes.
• Request reconciled files from local markets to ensure readiness for invoicing.
• Prepare Internal Service Requests (ISRs) for each market, coordinate required signatures, and ensure timely submission.
• Send ISRs for invoice preparation and manage the reception and distribution of ISR invoices.
• Reconcile regional deals and client orders on a monthly basis, ensuring alignment with media partners and agencies.
• Perform reconciliations of market-specific orders, including Ecuador and other designated countries.
• Support the monthly close process through timely preparation of journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare cash flows related to local markets and regional negotiations in accordance with internal guidelines.
• Track intercompany accounts receivable and payments on a monthly basis.
• Liaise with Shared Services to ensure vendor invoices are processed accurately and on time.
• Provide support for ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
