Job Description

We are looking for a : Manager, Risk Management Head

Key Job Responsibilities

Eight years’ experience building a transparent business environment by establishing recurrence prevention measures upon similar or same type of incidents in order to prevent business corruption in advance.

Analyzing poor or inefficient management and fundamental reasons of poor performance and potential risks and build improvement measures to enhance business competitiveness.

Define and implement the company’s integrated risk management framework covering operational, financial, and credit risks.

Accounts receivable management : Understand receivables related tasks like account master management, credit check, credit line and security management, receivable matching, etc. Perform tasks according to processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economist, Business Administrator, Industrial Engineer, International Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Lead the annual Internal Audit Plan, ensuring independent assessment of key business processes and risk controls.

Eight years’ experience monitoring credit exposure, ensure compliance with corporate policies, and manage credit insurance and guarantees.

Accounting Knowledge, SAP and Advanced Excel, Finance Knowledge (Financial Math’s).

Advise senior management on emerging risks, control gaps, and mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives.

Coach and develop the Risk, Audit, and Credit teams, promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.

Strategic thinking and vision, leadership and team management, with analytical skills
