We have found great success in Fortnite UEFN, where our Havoc Hotel series of islands has already reached millions of players. We’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager to take our UEFN live operations to the next level.

Responsibilities :

• Own the performance of our UEFN islands, monitoring KPIs such as CCUs, retention, session length, and revenue.
• Translate analytics into actionable product hypotheses.
• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap to drive player growth
• Propose and scope new features, mechanics, events, and fixes to improve engagement and monetization.
• Monitor product performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Create product documentation and processes
• Organize and execute seasonal events that keep our community excited.
• Partner with our Community Manager to capture player feedback and sentiment.
• Ensure community input is reflected in the roadmap.
• Build business cases for new initiatives—backed by metrics, assumptions, and forecasted outcomes.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Work closely with design, development, art, and live ops teams to deliver updates on time and with measurable impact.
