Overview

Level60 Consulting is seeking a top candidate for the full-time role of Senior Director - Business Intelligence.

You'll drive data-driven innovation and shape the future of iconic brands.

Compensation : USD3.5K - 5K / month.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Reporting – Set goals and implement the overall roadmap for the Reporting Solutions team; build, maintain and communicate detailed reporting, dashboards and analyses on key business metrics and performance; transform raw data into meaningful information and translate complex analytics into easily consumable outputs to guide data-driven decisions with various stakeholders.
• Relationship Management – Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Finance, Development, Restaurant & Franchise Ops, Inspire Company Restaurants (ICR), and Shared Service teams to develop and support a functional and user-friendly reporting portfolio that provides strategic insights into internal and external customer data needs.
• Training and Change Management – Guide internal and external partners on the value of data-driven reporting and how to interpret dashboards to track performance and utilize insights to improve operations.
• Technical and Database Skills – Interpret business reporting needs and turn these into technical reporting requirements and specifications; understand business system integrations, APIs and data warehousing; review data collection processes and assess the validity of the information stored; ensure data governance and security policies are met by implementing appropriate access controls and data protection measures; successfully work with technical partners to implement platform infrastructure and provide suggestions for performance improvement.
• Team Leadership and Management – Lead the BI team of professionals, developers, analysts, data stewards, and data governance resources by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster growth; ensure medium / long term projects are implemented on time; develop and manage team goals, objectives and key results aligned with strategic initiatives.
