Automobile Aftersales Strategy Planning Officer

Create an aftersales strategy for Asia-Oceania region and facilitate the project to improve customer loyalty and maximize aftersales revenue.

Coordinate and support local offices and distributors in the Asia-Oceania region as a regional headquarters of Honda Motor Co., Ltd. This includes organizing meeting events, providing training to improve DLR service operation, and standardizing activities with guideline creation.

Plan short and medium-term direction with local offices and distributors, monitor performance against it, and report to management on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.

2. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written (TOEIC 700 or above).

3. Work experience in aftersales service at an automotive company is a plus.

4. Good analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation PPT making.

6. Positive attitude, flexible, and open-minded.

7. Able to travel upcountry and overseas.
