Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of innovative software solutions. This role is responsible for translating business needs into actionable product requirements, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Translate high-level product features into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects current priorities and business value.
• Lead sprint planning and participate in Agile ceremonies to guide development efforts.
• Monitor product progress and performance, adjusting priorities and scope as needed.
• Partner with UX, engineering, analytics, and enablement teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Ensure product releases meet quality standards and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Support internal users and external customers with product documentation, training, and feedback loops.
