Overview

Senior Analyst, Product Management at Mastercard, Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the strategy and product roadmap for settlement and treasury capabilities, aligned to Mastercard’s network transformation priorities.
Lead the modernization of customer support by scaling automated, self-service solutions using intelligent automation and ML-based tools.
Serve as the executive sponsor for high-priority network initiatives, acting as SME for customer inquiries linked to accelerated platform advancements.
Shape and champion the implementation of scalable, digital solutions to enhance customer experience across clearing, settlement, and treasury operations.
Assess emerging technologies (e.g., FedNow, real-time settlement platforms) and define strategic application within Mastercard’s ecosystem.
Partner cross-functionally with global product, technology, operations, and client services teams to accelerate delivery, adoption, and impact.

Minimum qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Partnerships, Payment Network Services, or Strategy Consulting.

Strategic, analytical, and systematic thinker with strong storytelling and communication skills.

Experience working closely with commercial teams; whether in direct sales, sales enablement, or sales support, is a plus.

Skilled at sourcing, analyzing, and translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Corporate Security Responsibility

Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;

Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;

Report any suspected information security violation or breach;

Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
