Requirements
Requirements 5+ years of experience in B2B sales development or similar outbound sales role Strong command of English and Spanish languages Strong communication and relationship-building skills across cultures Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology platforms Experience with outbound sales activities including email, phone, and text outreach Ability to conduct effective discovery calls and qualify prospects Bonus if you have experience in the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, hospitals) It helps if you understand the unique challenges of selling to diverse business owners
