Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business & Data Analysis Lead to manage requirements sessions with cross‑functional teams in Marketing and Engineering, defining analytics needs and identifying data gaps. This role requires excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills, as it involves acting as the bridge between business and technical stakeholders to ensure high‑quality delivery of data and analytics solutions. The position potentially involves working with US clients in PST or stakeholders in India.

You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM, or you can always join us at the office.

  • Lead requirements sessions with Marketing and Engineering to define analytics needs and data gaps.
  • Document business and data requirements, logical models, and source‑to‑target mappings.
  • Conduct gap analysis between current Databricks implementation and target architecture.
  • Validate and document existing profile scripts using strong SQL skills.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation, including BRDs, data flow diagrams, ERDs, and gap analysis workbooks.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams following structured methodologies (waterfall or hybrid).
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in business and data analysis with IT product‑related or analytics deliverables.
  • Strong SQL proficiency for data validation and documentation.
  • Solid understanding of data pipelines, ETL / ELT concepts, and Azure / Databricks environments (Delta Lake, medallion architecture).
  • Familiarity with marketing data sources (MDW, DRINCC, SFMC) and customer data platforms (CDPs).
  • Proven ability to create comprehensive documentation such as BRDs, ERDs, and data flow diagrams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to translate between business and technical audiences.
  • Experience working under structured or hybrid delivery models.
  • Strong facilitation, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
  • Understanding of data architecture and analytics ecosystems in marketing contexts is highly desired.

    Assoc. Spclst, Clinical Research

    With support of Sr.CRA / CRA and / or CRA‑Manager, acts as primary site contact and site manager throughout all phases of a clinical research study, taking responsibility of allocated sites.

  • Develops strong site relationships and ensures continuity of site relationships through all phases of the trial.
  • Performs clinical study site management / monitoring activities in compliance with ICH‑GCP, sponsor SOPs, local laws, protocol, site monitoring plan and associated documents.
  • Gains an in‑depth understanding of the study protocol and related procedures.

    The PV Specialist is responsible for specified PV activities and ensures adherence to all applicable regulations, company policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for execution of local PV processes and activities in collaboration with applicable internal functional areas and external parties, ensuring alignment with local legislation and local / regional / global company procedures and policies.
  • Responsible for day‑to‑day adverse events case management in accordance with PV procedures and country regulations.
  • Supports local PV, business partner and vendor audits and inspections including readiness activities, document requests and CAPA activities.
  • Participates in issue management / compliance activities and coordinates / prepares the necessary local corrective actions.
