The role involves providing administrative and operational support within an insurance agency environment. The ideal candidate will assist with policy quoting, data entry, renewals, and client communication to ensure smooth daily operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with insurance systems such as EzLynx, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. The candidate will also support automation setup and process improvements to streamline workflow and enhance client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Complete ACORD forms and gather client details for quoting.
Enter insured and account information accurately into EzLynx.
Perform all quoting tasks within EzLynx and analyze carrier rates to find competitive options.
Communicate quotes, answer client questions, and assist with next steps.
Assist with policy renewals, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.
Handle endorsements and mid-term policy changes.
Provide claims support by collecting documentation and coordinating with clients and carriers.
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or messaging platforms.
Maintain detailed notes and documentation within the EzLynx system.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Assist with automation setup and process improvements.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
At least 1 year of experience using EzLynx for quoting and policy management.
Strong understanding of insurance processes and documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with both personal and commercial lines of insurance is preferred.
Familiarity with multiple carrier portals and quoting processes is an advantage.
