Key Responsibilities
- P&L Management - Controls and Governance. Specialize in making the most of the tools our company already uses—leveraging them to build smart, reliable processes that support forecasting, budgeting, and long‑term planning. Understand the matrixed organization to act with clarity, helping local teams make confident decisions using resources they already trust.
- Key contributor for execution : Partner with local stakeholders to develop a world‑class forecast accuracy and quality of data for revenue, expenses, and headcounts. Drive local and regional strategy and support senior FP&A to create efficient new rhythms within NIQ.
- Revenue and Expense executor : Prepare and analyse financial assumptions and predictions, identifying potential risks and opportunities. Prepare and control risk‑assessment presentations and contingency plans to support strategic decision‑making. Accountable for central cost centers such as personnel expenses, HR, and Legal for forecasting, budgeting, and risk identification. Conduct other ad hoc analysis for regional finance leadership, as required.
- Impact as Finance Operations member : Confidently project NIQ principles. Play an active role at the local and regional level within Finance operations. Work closely with team members within the FP&A Finance Operations organisation to ensure a cohesive approach to financial management and foster an environment of learning and growth.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar industry or commercial finance role.Technical proficiency : Advanced skills in financial modelling and experience with financial software and systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), Power BI, OneStream, Microsoft Dynamics, and ERP systems.Analytical abilities : Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.Communication skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of effectively presenting information and responding to stakeholder questions.Leadership and initiative : Proven ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team.
