The Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A) Manager will play a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making across the business. This position will be responsible for providing insights into financial performance, developing budgetary models, and ensuring effective financial reporting, all while working closely with senior management to influence strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the consumer electronics or audio equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Forecasting : Lead the preparation of annual budgets, monthly / quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial projections for the audio speaker manufacturing operations. Work with cross‑functional teams (production, marketing, sales, etc.) to gather input and ensure forecasts are realistic and aligned with strategic goals.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting : Provide timely and accurate financial analysis to track performance against budget and forecast, highlighting variances and trends. Develop regular financial reports for management, including profitability analysis by product line, manufacturing cost structures, and operating performance.
• Cost Management & Margin Analysis : Analyze manufacturing costs and identify cost‑saving opportunities in the production process. Work closely with the operations team to understand cost drivers and implement strategies to improve margins. Perform product profitability analysis and recommend pricing strategies based on financial data.
• Business Partnering & Strategic Support : Act as a financial business partner to senior leadership, offering financial insights and data‑driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives, capital investment decisions, and business expansion.
• Risk Management & Compliance : Monitor financial risks and work with leadership to mitigate risks, especially in areas related to supply chain, production costs, and market fluctuations. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS).
• Cash Flow Management & Capital Allocation : Oversee cash flow forecasting and manage working capital. Support decision‑making regarding capital investments and resource allocation to ensure financial resources are efficiently utilized.
• Process Improvement & Automation : Continuously identify opportunities for improving financial processes and systems. Implement automation tools for more efficient reporting and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely financial data is available for decision‑making.
