Job Summary

The Operations Director will oversee Medterra’s manufacturing network, leading QA / QC oversight, co-manufacturer management, and supply planning functions. Acting as the bridge between internal innovation and external manufacturing partners, this role ensures products are produced to the highest quality standards, delivered on time, and launched successfully into market. The ideal candidate combines strong operational expertise in regulated CPG environments with the ability to translate innovation goals into scalable, compliant, and commercially viable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as primary relationship manager for contract manufacturing partners.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements to ensure quality, cost, and delivery expectations are met.
• Develop and manage supplier scorecards to track and improve performance.
