Role :

We are hiring a YouTube Manager for A Impact Media.

The YouTube Manager is a strategic and creative leader who serves as the connective tissue between our clients' business priorities and how they're translated to long-form videos.

You're not just managing YouTube channels. You're building the top real estate channels across the country, making clients locally famous, and setting a bar for content so high others can only chase. You'll own the strategy, the story, and the systems behind uploads that scale our clients' local authority to hundreds of thousands of impressions a year on YouTube.

This isn't your typical content role. You're a multifaceted creative, fluent in ideation, production planning, compelling copywriting, post-production oversight, and YouTube analytics.

Your curiosity for real estate fundamentals matches your passion for dominating YouTube's local market landscape. You're fired up about crafting standout content that transforms the way top agents and teams will approach media and market dominance.

You'll lead the production, posting, and packaging direction of our videos, distill key insights into engaging content, and ensure continuous improvement through rigorous analysis and feedback loops. You'll also maintain strategic alignment with key business initiatives.

You'll work hand-in-hand with our YouTube Strategists / Client Success Manager, creative team, and client teams to shape channel strategy, content production, and distribution.

Responsibilities :

Team Leadership and YouTube Infrastructure

• Manage editors, thumbnail designers, and pre-production team across multiple client accounts
• Support relevant YouTube scorecard metrics (CTR, retention, view velocity, follower growth) and present insights to leadership and clients
• Support scalable, documented systems for scripting, packaging, and production handoffs
• Grow and develop direct reports and members of the YouTube Team
• Explore and test AI tools to accelerate pre- and post-production workflows. Identify opportunities to prototype AI-driven content testing, retention analysis, and scripting support
• Coordinate with marketing, shorts teams, and external stakeholders for distribution and promotion

Location : Remote (work from home)

Hours : Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm EST with flexibility to work weekends when needed.

Compensation : $16,800 - $28,800 annually with progression from part-time to full-time. Highly experienced YouTube strategists can earn $24,000 to  $36,000 a year.
