Ready to kickstart your recruiting career on a global scale? We’re looking for a sharp Junior Recruiter to connect top talent across Asia, Europe, and LATAM—bringing energy, precision, and hustle.

Location :   Based in LATAM (Argentina preferred, but open to all) - Fully Remote

Your Mission : Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Source and headhunt candidates across multiple regions (Asia, Europe, LATAM).
  • Craft and post job ads to attract qualified talent.
  • Use AI-powered tools to identify and engage candidates.
  • Manage candidate pipelines in ATS / CRM systems.
  • Screen profiles and conduct quick qualification calls.
  • Support end-to-end hiring processes with flexibility.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and new assignments.

Your Toolbox : Skills to be Successful

  • 1–2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
  • Proven headhunting skills (must-have).
  • Advanced conversational English—comfortable engaging globally.
  • Hands-on experience with AI sourcing tools (must-have).
  • Familiarity with ATS / CRM platforms.
  • Solid job posting and profile filtering experience.
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset.
