ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Technical Lead to join a cross‑functional team developing a case management and workflow automation platform powered by Python, React, and AWS. You’ll own the technical solution end‑to‑end, from architecture to delivery, ensuring scalability, quality, and alignment with business goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide technical direction and architectural oversight for backend (Python) and frontend (React) components
• Provide insights about AI utilization in assisting users
• End‑to‑end ownership of the technical solution
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure high‑quality implementation
• Design scalable, maintainable architectures leveraging Heroku (initially) and AWS (long‑term)
• Ensure clean, secure, and testable code through code reviews and best practices
• Mentor engineers and define development standards across the project
• Support CI / CD setup, environment provisioning, and DevOps coordination
• Collaborate with PM and Designer to define the technical roadmap and support inception activities
